	on this topic and we are super excited we found a local Kansas City Metro 
	investor who is highly qualified to help us learn more. As a local real es
	tate investor\, building\, and developer\, Dave Lundgren has completed 100
	s of successful real estate transactions in the same fashion that most of 
	us here at MAREI are familiar with: wholesale\, rehab\, rental property\, 
	turn key. He and his team also do a few things that are not quite as commo
	n: syndication\, building new houses (and duplexes)\, and building groups 
	of houses. They are currently building duplexes out by the Stadiums here i
	n Kansas City.\n\n\n\n	 \n\n\n\n	We have asked Dave to join us and share 
	with us what it takes to make the jump from what we are doing today with u
	sed houses and move to the build-to-rent space. This might be as a person 
	building infill housing\, or a street of duplexes\, or even developing som
	ething larger. It might be that you will the person in charge\, it might b
	e that you might buy a property that someone else has built as a turn-key 
	investment\, and it might mean you take part in a syndication of people wh
