Especially now that the oil market is down, I see many bargains to be bought, rehabbed and flipped. I recently had a package come to me in Clinton, OK for 22 SF homes (18 rented and 4 vacant to rehab), 14 empty residential lots and 1 storage facility with 26 stalls for 1 mil. When oil was booming, RV parks popped up everywhere because all housing and all hotel rooms where booked full. So now is a great time to buy and hold.
