Hello Investors; 

I'm Tim & I'm a VP/loan specialist with Haus Lending.  Just wanted to let everyone know that we've not slowed down funding and specialize in fix and flip, portfolio, rental, new construction and multifamily bridge lending.  We offer a 90 day seasoning period to refi from HM to a 30 yr rental loan.  spacer.png
