There is an extra large two car garage that I would change into the entrance of the home to add easy value for sq ft! Its on a 1.18 acre in Fallbrook, CA, ARV$916K, sell price $639K, but I would ask $550k. Rehab cost $100-$120 (what ever you would approve). It is a fix and flip. I am a real estate agent and I know the market. I want to do this flip for me personally. The surrounding comps and neighbors are $900k-$1.1. So I would need $670k and I would try to flip it in 2-3 months. (2 being my goal). Are you interested in making some quick easy money $$$$? Quote
