Changing the Face of Development

Hello,

Below you will find my story to how I landed in this space. 

After working as a National Editor at Lowrider Magazine, I created ATTRACT MAGAZINE in 2014. ATTRACT celebrated women from all walks of life. We told their stories of success, failures as well as experiences becoming a woman with power in a society where we are seen as less or unequal.
In 2020, like many businesses, I faced numerous challenges due to the global pandemic. Instead of letting it deter me, I saw an opportunity to pivot and adapt. I launched an online platform called ATTRACT Media Group, allowing the brand to continue supporting women but gearing more toward entrepreneurship and women owned brands and businesses.

Despite the challenges, our online presence gained significant traction, attracting a larger audience than ever before. We were able to reach women from all over the world, providing them with valuable resources and connections. With two successful pop ups at Westfield Century City and an inline storefront in Santa Monica, I realized that creating spaces with purpose can extend beyond traditional retail spaces. 

The Brown Group was board in 2022. TBG is a brand dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of women and the youth in communities facing adversity. We firmly believe that everyone deserves a chance to thrive and succeed, regardless of their background or circumstances. To achieve this, we seek strategic partnerships tastemakers, beauty brands, entertainers, musicians, and athletes and go beyond the norm to make a difference and create change.
