Oklahoma has not been a hot spot but with migration to Texas and Florida, many are moving into the state where they can have larger homes on larger lots for less cost. Especially now that the oil market is down, I see many bargains to be bought, rehabbed and flipped. I recently had a package come to me in Clinton, OK for 22 SF homes (18 rented and 4 vacant to rehab), 14 empty residential lots and 1 storage facility with 26 stalls for 1 mil. When oil was booming, RV parks popped up everywhere because all housing and all hotel rooms where booked full. So now is a great time to buy and hold.
